According to the National Bureau of Statistics, November 2022 commercial housing sales prices continued to decline overall month on month. In November, the sales price of commercial housing in all tier cities fell month-on-month, the year-on-year increase in first-tier cities fell back, and the year-on-year decline in second - and third-tier cities slowed down. In November, among 70 large and medium-sized cities, the sales price of new commercial housing fell in 51 cities, 7 fewer than the previous month. Second-hand home sales prices fell in 62 cities, the same number as the previous month.
