Rai Katimansah, Managing Director, Special Situations & Direct Lending, SC Capital Partners
Rai Katimansah currently serves as Managing Director, Direct Lending and Special Situations. Based in Singapore, he oversees the firm’s credit investments across the Asia-Pacific region.
Mr. Katimansah joined the firm in 2023 with over 25 years of real estate investment experience in Asia Pacific. He previously worked at Sun Hung Kai & Co. Limited, where he was Partner and Portfolio Manager of Multiple Capital Investment Partners (MCIP), a Sun Hung Kai-sponsored global real estate debt fund. Prior to that, he was Managing Director, Head of Debt Investments & Head of Southeast Asia Real Estate Investments at Phoenix Property Investors.
Mr. Katimansah holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture & Urban Planning from Cornell University and a Masters in Urban Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
